Journal is now protected with mutex and not refcounted.

refcounting lead to several errors, for example when:
* ixfr started to write changesets
* scheduler started applying changes to zonefile
* ixfr finished writing changesets

* scheduler finished
==> result: corrupted node flags, bad CRC
