Removing all RRSets from node. 

- Implemented xfrin_apply_remove_all_rrsets() and modified
  xfrin_apply_remove() to distinguish the UPDATE cases.
- Added function for removing RRSets from node (wihthout deleting).
- Added function for emptying general tree (without deleting).
