GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Fixed segfault on exit -moved zonedb to nameserver

- Added zones.c/h to Knot.files (again, there is some problem with
  the repo probably).
- Added some debug output.
- Removed zone database from server completely - allocation,
  initialization and destroying is done in the nameserver only.
