Zone node references and flags improvements.

Zone node now holds pointers to all A/AAAA RRSets corresponding
  to the node's MX or NS records.
Zone node now holds an array of pointers to other zone nodes which
  are referencing this node via CNAME, MX or NS records.
Added several API functions for manipulating all these references.
