- Now returns first and last NSEC3 node - needed in semantic checks.
- Made according changes to calls to the function.

- Removed references to domain table, deleted obsolete arguments.

- Fixed a few compile warnings.

In old (pre-rrset-change) version, the TSIG error was set only in
case it was BADTIME. I'm not sure whether any other error can get
into this function, but it does not matter, it should behave in
the same way as before.

- Still needs last NSEC/NSEC3 node.
- untested and turned off at the moment

- Added helper functions to zone-tree.c - they only do DNAME conversion, but straight from DNAME, not from node.

- RRSets were not added when there was nothing to merge.

- knot_node_add_rrset was never called with merge option -> changed to knot_add_rrset_no_merge
- add_rrset_no_dupl -> add_rrset (was wrongly changed when replacing tree for array)

- Compression information can be present, some DNAMEs are not comprimable.

- Explicit DNAME handling was not needed.

If the ragel isn't found, use echo command instead of blank variable.
