Separate yparser

This is an attempt to unloop the library dependency loop.

1. libknot-int is now standalone library and no symbols from libknot are used.
2. libknot depends on libknot-int
3. libknot-yparser depends on libknot and libknot-int

@dsalzman and @jvcelak please review.

As a side note - I think there should be a libknot/libknot.h that would be enough to include in any project using libknot, dtto for libdnssec...

Edit: there is libknot/libknot.h, it's just not used that much...

Couple of fixes and improvements:

1. fastparser is disabled when the version ends with -dev or .git exists
2. some _HEADERS got nobase_ prefix, but it was not reflected in the
   _SOURCES variables
3. LMDB headers should not be installed in internal/namedb, e.g. move
   them from _HEADERS to _SOURCES
4. and finally cleanup in the conditional - use only one block per
   libraries (always on), daemon (HAVE_DAEMON) and utilities
   (HAVE_UTILITIES) instead of here and there approach

Split yparser to separate internal library, so it can use symbols from libknot and libknot-int as a demo
