The autoconf macro AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS does not take any arguments.

OS X versioning of clang is completely different. Let's make the
user decide.

- The bug https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=23490 should be fixed then.
- Added --enable-fastparser=force option to override the detection.

LTO is broken on some systems and should be used carefully. Thus this
option is removed from configure and LTO can be enabled by custom CFLAGS.

Application knotc should be built together with the daemon. Static
utilities library is built together with daemon and/or the utilities.

When configured with daemon enabled and utils disabled then the sources
were compiled but the executable has not been built.
