opt-cookie.h still needed by knot-resolver

b0e61f45 removed opt-cookie.h and friends.

knot-resolver complains CC lib/cache/api.c In file included from /knot-resolver/lib/resolve.h:24:0, from lib/cache/api.c:39: /knot-resolver/lib/cookies/lru_cache.h:24:39: fatal error: libknot/rrtype/opt-cookie.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. lib/lib.mk:81: recipe for target 'lib/cache/api.o' failed make: *** [lib/cache/api.o] Error 1

@Dickinson Hi, the upcoming libknot (2.7.0) is not compatible with the current Knot Resolver. Will be fixed soon. You should use the 2.6 branch instead.
