CI: remove broken FreeBSD jobs

FreeBSD jobs are currently failing and blocking merges.

They can be restored once functional.

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 4f6fcec5 succeeds

Not sure what happened with the freebsd runners, but if this is a temporary issue, allow_failure: true can be used to unblock pipeline without removing the code.

We removed these runners intentionally. There are more issues with them.
