DNSSEC: NSEC/NSEC3 chain fixing

I'll be moving most of the code to an extra file and adding doxygen, but the code itself will not change. Passes tests, and it should be much faster than what we have now, I'll do the benchmark next week. Oh, and will add some explanation about how the algo works to the file as well, but we could discuss in person before I do that.
