- Add better support for LLVM libFuzzer packet parser tests
- Create and test the default corpus for packet parser when run without libFuzzer

Ok, so I have removed the tests cases from this repository and moved them to the https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/knot/fuzzing/ subproject + .gitlab-ci.yml now know it has to checkout the submodules for tests to be useful.
