Ah, some corner case that I missed when setting up the mirroring.

refusing to allow a Personal Access Token to create or update workflow .github/workflows/macOS.yaml without workflow scope

It should work from now on.

... for this repo. The new token would need to be used in any repo that uses GitHub actions, but I think this was the only one so far with this user/token.
