spelling & edns_keepalive fix

./NEWS contents is also copied in places like https://gitlab.nic.cz/knot/knot-resolver/-/tags/v5.4.1 and the homepage, so maybe we could fix those as well when doing this.

Other than my previous comments I found no problem, and I like this. In particular I focused on looking at cases that might potentially break something.
