This fixes an issue I ran into while trying to build sphinx on CentOS. The older packages don't properly locate the rtd theme without this.

Note: building doc on CentOS is broken anyway, because of the missing fonts ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1492884 )
