luajit includes

Followup to !952 (merged).

With the second commit we shouldn't get to

error: implicit declaration of function 'luaL_traceback'

and those cases will get the more informative error now.

• Find if there are some practical cases improved by the first commit (the Turris case is not).

^^ I guess we could spin up some distros in docker, install all prerequisities and some vanilla Lua, and try what happens when manually building Knot Resolver.

I don't think it is worth spending more time on this. Did it help at least in one case? If yes merge it and move on, life is too short.

If I look right, Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS+EPEL 8 provide no /usr/include/lua*.h in their packaged Lua* implementations (only the versioned directories), so in those cases I see no potential for problems, regardless of that change.

I see that Arch and Fedora do provide them.

I tried Fedora 30 in docker, /usr/include/lua*.h provided by Lua 5.3, no change was needed (kresd 5.1.0 compiled OK). So... I expect we can just drop the reordering commit.
