Allow query rewriting when extracting clients

Sometimes all that's needed for testing is the query timing from original clients. The --query-rewrite option make it possible to sanitize confidential datasets to omit client queries and replace them with . NS +RD instead.

Used this script to create the dataset for !75 (comment 292036)
