Refresh without losing filter settings

When editing the plan issues, I like to sanity-check if everything looks right in the table. It would be nice if the app could remember my filters between refreshes, so that I don't have to set the departments/years/areas after every change, since I only care about Knot Resolver and don't need to see e.g. how the BIRD team is doing with their plan.
