...add where zone->contents are accessed;
...remove where only zonedb is iterated. Because
zonedb is only modified by main thread and ctl also
operates only in main thread, so no need for locking.

ctx->qps changes semantics from "total" to "per-thread" inside
get_opts(), and as a result the percentage was wrong on systems
with more than 1 thread.

Rounding to 1% might be too coarse for high QPS or long tests.

Speeds up startup considerably when query file if very large and/or
test very short.

Duration rounding might cause number of queries to overrun the initial
value. This might result in slight query repetition, but I do not think
it is a real problem.
