Collect logs from storage plugin's /srv/log/messages

In reference to MR turris/foris-controller/foris-controller-storage-module!12 (merged) diagnostics can (with release of that feature) also check if there are some long-term logs in /srv/log/messages.

Advantage of those logs is that they are preserved over reboots so we can see additional info with ease.
