Allow to control 192.168.1.1 redirect

This should be just an option to set firewall.redirect_192_168_1_1.enabled in UCI.

The firewall.redirect_192_168_1_1 section is only there if appropriate package is installed. That should be somehow advertised to frontend and no checkbox should be displayed for it.

Note that in default enabled is set as 1 that means it is enabled.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
