check_connection: add support for test result UNKNOWN

In some cases it is possible that we just can't run some test. We were reporting it as failed until now but more appropriate state is that we can't decide, that test is inconclusive.

https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/merge_requests/131 adds this feature to check_connection.
