Add 'bare' guide profile used in Turris Shield

Michal Hrusecky requested to merge bare into master

Add additional profile that consists only from setting the password. Also add API to get contract the router is under. Might be helpfull in future to display in About tab, but needed at the moment to autoselect this profile on Turris Shield.
