Provide more fine-tuned notification unencrypted
When landing on HTTP, the notification concerns how to allow HTTPS, but at that moment, the user is not on HTTPS. The message should be more fine-tuned, offering the user a link to HTTPS access to the web interface. The message should be:
"Your connection is not encrypted! A secure connection is an important safety feature of the router and therefore the entire home network. Go to https://192.168.1.1 to switch to a secure connection"
(Note that the link should contain the correct IP-address or hostname - when that is used in the URL.)
Only, when landing on the HTTPS interface, the current notification is correct, but should be slightly improved to:
"Your secure connection needs permission! A secure connection is an important safety feature of the router and therefore the entire home network. See how to allow add give permission with a security exception >"
(The link then is the link as is used in the current notification.)
Note that https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/foris/issues/109 is independent of this issue.
