That one is no longer used.

The current one will expire rather soon, so generate a new one and
accept it once we switch.

Use a file with both startcom root and our own CA root, as we're going
to migrate.

Interface has to be restarted ony in case when the interface

      modules are finished <directory>.preparing is renamed to <directory>
