lxc: download ArchLinux from linuxcontainers.org

I don't think so, that it will solve the issue described on our forum https://forum.turris.cz/t/create-lxc-container/13560/3 which I reproduced as well, but at least we will download it from HTTPS and linuxcontainers has build logs publicly available.

And testing in public sounds cool.
