GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. tests/test_bootup: do not check for running watchdog

Watchdog is not running immeediatelly after boot as it seems and also it
is not essential for use at the moment to check for it.
