Crypto-wrapper, atsha, mox-otp tests

• write tests for crypto-wrapper (to check if it caches result)
• write tests fot atsha (to check if we are able to communicate with atsha)
• write tests for mox-otp (to see if we are able to communicate with it)

If course all tests should be marked for relevant platform only.

We could possibly add serial number of board to targets configuration to check if it returns correct one.
