Hotfix/update kernel in 5 0 3

I noticed that there was updated kernel in OpenWrt 19.07 and as we didn't released 5.0.3 in HBT this week, I think it might be a good opportunity to release 5.0.3 with kernel 4.14.187 from 4.4.180. It should fix properly https://gitlab.nic.cz/turris/turris-build/-/issues/149 as the accepted kernel patch was backported in version 4.14.185 and should get rid of this issue reported on our forum https://forum.turris.cz/t/turris-os-5-0-2-is-out/13263/8?u=pepe as it was related to MultiSSID as LuCI timeouted and throw this strange error. I didn't include it in changelog, because I haven't tested it. It was freezed even in HBL due to Python issues.

I removed one patch https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/3157 which was accepted for 19.07.
