This PR

drops the iflink property patch for multi-CPU DSA. It is invalid for 5.15, multi-CPU DSA will be backported from upstream differently
backports several patches from 5.16, 5.17, 5.18 and 5.19, these are dependencies for Turris SFP patches
adds patches for supporting Turris SFP on kernel 5.15
