patches/packages: add -lintl as parameter of linker for schroot

This repairs the compilation of the package.

I am not sure if this is the correct solution and was originally proposed in OpenWrt. But it is nearly year since the question was asked and has not yet been answered and it helped to finish the compilation. Additionally it seems that it is suggested by documentation.
