lists/base-min: drop haveged on Mox

Karel Koci requested to merge refactor/lists-no-haveged-mox into v4.1

Mox has true random hardware generator and so haveged can be in this case considered as harmful (introducing less trusted entropy).

There should be no problem with just disabling it. We want to have it on atsha204 powered devices because there we only feed entropy from atsha on boot to not wear out atsha too much and that might not be enough so haveged can provide rest.
