lists/pkglists/nas: no reiserfs and fstring for all

This installs blkdiscard and fstrim no matter on board.

This also removes resiserfs as upstream removed reiserfsprogs and only kernel module is now present. In the end it makes no sense to have it in lists as it is unusable. One more package that is not available.
