GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Remove patch. This should be according to this https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=5a07ace7375231e6eb79667a2784c0bf023f87da commit fixed and it most probably causing problem right now.
