GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. initial-config: add filesystem drivers as dependencies

The rescue mode and our documentation specifies support for: ext4,
Btrfs, XFS and FAT32. It also makes sense to add exFAT as some of the
flash drives are already formated to this format.
