GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. omnia-uboot: fix backport for resetting board on DDR failure · 2696588b

The patch
  101-arm-mvebu-spl-Add-option-to-reset-the-board-on-DDR-t.patch
was backported incorrectly: it does not update Kconfig file, which makes
the reset on DDR failure not working.

Fix the patch with upstream's version and add one dependency patch.
