Leftover files after removal python3-simplejson causes issues with sentinel

Exactly same issue turris/sentinel/certgen#13 (closed) was spotted in diagnostics.

Suggested solutions:

The oneshot script, which removes remaining folders and files for simplejson, if we detect that python3-simplejson is not installed anymore. (preferred)
Install python3-simplejson
