schnapps: add dependency on "gnupg" (GPG 1.4) package

GPG is required for the encrypted export to work. Should user be able to use the whole documented Schnapps functionality gnupg package must be installed by default.

gnupg2 currently doesn't work well on OpenWrt and TOS, so it does not seem like a suitable default (see #840 (closed) ).
