Swap animal and version stability in switch-branch for consistency

Currently, the switch-branch help lists two branches in a manner which is inconsistent with the other branches. It may be confusing for users.

This patch swaps animals and version stabilities in two branches (hbs and hbt) to be consistent with the other three branches.
