haas-proxy: enable all options by default and add licensing

This should prevent mistakes, which are done by users as they just fill token, but they didn't touch the rest options, which are disabled, but haas seems to be running. However, there are no new records on website.

It shouldn't harm to have them enabled by default as haas won't start as there is a missing token.
