Remove subdir statements from some of the packages

Karel Koci requested to merge hotfix/invalid-subdir into for-v4.0

Those were removed in master and causing problem on server as OpenWrt build system consider archive in DL directory to be same but content is different between master and for-v4.0 branch. This should fix that.

Note that cleanup of dl directory on server is required.
