Lang: Drop Python 2, Update packages to use pypi.mk

While changing Python makefiles to use pypi.mk, I have noticed that there are new versions of some packages, so I have updated them as well. I dropped Python2 variants in some packages.

All of them were compile tested.

Fixes turris/turris-os-packages#551 and I want to upstream them to the packages feed.

Some packages were not updated to use pypi.mk as they are going to be removed from our feed, which is just a matter of time. https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/merge_requests/235
