reptyr: add patch to fix powerpc compilation

Josef Schlehofer requested to merge hotfix/reptyr-fix-ppc into master

Compile and run tested on Turris 1.1, HBL. There's no need to bump the package because it has not been compiled for Turris 1.x. It does not affect mvebu anyhow.
