switch-branch: Update links to our new documentation, Makefile polishing

I have noticed that we are using links for community documentation instead of user-docs. While at it, I did some improvements for the Makefile, because I can not leave it in that state as it was and also corrected the name of OpenWrt.

Btw: added missing "the" in superlatives.

This is compile and run tested on Turris 1.1, HBL.

changed milestone to %Turris OS 5.0

added Low label

This kind of breaks https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/-/merge_requests/217 but ok. That MR is stalled and the target of this is 5.0.

Oops. :( Sorry for that. I was looking for link in HTTPS warning which shows up in Foris and found those links, so I decided to update them.
