mox-support: Add shield support and split package

Split package into various subpackages, mainly to have versioning correct - only dtb is version by kernel version, rest don't need to be updated all the time. To add shield support package that contains only shield specific stuff I also split out generic MOX stuff like button handling and nor content into separate package.

Tested it - local compilation and package installation and it works. Updated rescue with binary build from turris/turris-os-packages!431 Added updater uci-default. I know you want to do it differently, feel free to drop it, but it can be used temporally till we have better solution and then we can drop it.

Eh I would rather do it at least that we would first released RC2 of %Turris OS 5.1 and with that we would pull that specific version of rescue to !431 (merged) and used that with release of RC3. It is little bit longer but it makes that version at least archived one.

Fine with me, feel free to cherry-pick whatever you want now, I can update the rest later. Probably would prefer to wait with this and !431 (merged) after RC1.

I am going to merge it after RC1 for sure.
