WIP: reforis-shield: Trim down version of reforis

Temporally package - just copy of reForis one with one additional patch. To be deleted once we integrate shield autodetection into reforis and bump the reforis to new design.

It seems hacky, but it is simplest to do, we don't plan to maintain it long term and it is also easiest to undo.

PS: WIP because I want complains now, later on I'll replace devel branch with specific tag in reforis repository, but there are still changes being made, so disregard the source code branch for now.
