knot-resolver: add option to enable dnstap support

It should be rebased onto https://gitlab.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/-/merge_requests/499

New variant. Kresd compiled with knot-resolver_dnstap option adds support for dnstap output from resolver via socket. It clould be useful for debugging and also DNS usage monitoring

This PR also removes lua-socket and lua-sec dependencies.
