wsdd2: remove package

Josef Schlehofer requested to merge bugfix/wsdd2-remove into develop

This package was added in commit a77206a4, but there was not said why do we need to maintain in our Turris OS packages repository. This package is activately maintained in OpenWrt 19.07 and OpenWrt master.

It is dependency for samba4. Let's use version from upstream.
