Cancel certificate pinning

Vojtech Myslivec requested to merge pinning into test

Remove custom certificate bundle of LE intermediates certificates /etc/ssl/www_turris_cz_ca.pem and cancel certificate pinning of intern tools.

  • nuci (deprecated, yet still installed)
  • server-uplink
  • haas-proxy
