knot-resolver: backport patch to resolve GNOME domains
This fixes issue described on our forum: https://forum.turris.cz/t/gnome-project-domains-inaccessible-with-dnssec-enabled/17272
I spoke with @vcunat, he told me that there is possibility that there should be new version of Knot Resolver next week, but let's fix this issue for now in HBK/HBL/HBD branches until there is a new release.
Patch is taken from this PR: knot/knot-resolver!1294 (merged)

Another possible patch for a thing encountered on Turris forum is: knot/knot-resolver!1298 (merged) – also safe and will be in the following release.

5.5.1 was released today: https://gitlab.nic.cz/knot/knot-resolver/-/tags/v5.5.1
I think there's only one remaining change of interest for Turris, but only with a very new gnutls version (>= 3.7.5), which I assume won't be here for years due to being simply taken from OpenWrt.
