Revert "pkglists/syncthing: package is not available for Turris 1.x"

Michal Vasilek requested to merge revert-syncthing-board-restriction into master

This commit is now not necessary because we now disable unavailable packages in pkglists in the Turris OS packages repository, so people are not able to select unavailable packages anymore.

This reverts commit 248c5cb7.
